The service was awful. No drinking water was provided, and sometimes there wasn't water in the washroom either. The AC didn't work, and they never cleaned the laundry. If you want hygiene, clean water, laundry, and good service, stay away from this hotel.

The staff's behavior was poor, especially the guy in the lobby, and the service wasn't good either. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We booked 24 rooms for our group and ended up stuck there because finding another place for so many people at that point wasn't practical. It was a miserable stay and a complete waste of money. We paid a hefty price for substandard rooms, and in hindsight a dharmshala would have been a better bet. I'd tell anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. It's the worst hotel experience I've had. The staff brushed off our complaints. When we asked for the rooms to be cleaned, they made excuses and delayed, with no real solution. Common areas were in bad shape too: dim hallways with a musty smell, dusty spaces, worn and stained lobby furniture, and dirty tables and utensils in the dining area. The rooms were filthy. There was grime in the corners, sticky floors, sheets that looked unchanged for weeks, a bad smell, and trash under the beds and in closets. None of the bathrooms had soap, and there were no dustbins, so we had to collect rubbish in plastic bags. The bathrooms were moldy around the corners and tiles, the toilets were stained, and the showers were too dirty for us to use. I've seen government washrooms cleaner and better maintained. There were no basic amenities, and the staff were unhelpful throughout.

Room service was poor, and the AC never worked properly. There was no water while I was bathing, and the pillows smelled bad 🤢🤢. The service was the worst.
