OYO 72474 Delhi Heightz Home Stay

Please avoid this place, especially if you're with family. I found it risky and unsafe, and the rooms were very dirty. The police came and told us to leave, saying the hotel was illegal. We had to check out immediately. There were many other things I can't put into words. The place seemed suited only to couples looking for a bit of fun. I booked after arriving, but the owner claimed they hadn't received my money. After a lot of arguing, they gave me a room. I stayed two days. The morning after the first night, we went out, and when we returned, our room had been given to someone else for 2-3 hours, even though our checkout was the next day and our luggage was still there. We waited until we were called back to the room, then went in and checked everything.

The receptionist, who I think was the owner, treated customers badly and raised the price while we were talking. They charge a lot for a poor setup, with dirty sheets, an unclean bathroom, and plenty of things wrong in the bedroom. Don't visit this hotel.

We paid ₹963 for a room booked with AC, but on arrival the receptionist refused to check us in and told us to call the owner. He said that was only an online price and wouldn't give us the room unless we paid 1500/-. OYO handled it after I escalated the issue, but the owner then gave us a terrible room. It wasn't clean, the washroom was dirty, there was no AC, and the window was broken. The owner and staff gave very poor service.

The owners and staff were rude, and the owners seemed greedy. They wouldn't honor online bookings, pushing us to cancel an offer booking and pay their chosen price offline. Don't pick this hotel based on the fake reviews.
