The current team was the complete opposite of the polite, professional staff I remember from before: rude, careless, and utterly disrespectful. Even basic water was unreliable and could disappear without notice. My room was in unacceptable condition, with spiders and cockroaches seeming to be constant companions. If you’re hungry, I strongly advise against ordering food. The staff seemed not to care about hunger or comfort, and acted as though they were doing me a favour by letting me stay instead of treating me as the paying guest. If you expect cleanliness, courtesy, and good service, this hotel is not for you. My recent stay was one of the worst I’ve had. It’s a disgrace to hospitality, more like a cheap guest house than a Homestay.

Food was a bit expensive, but I still had a great stay at Golden Home Stay. It’s very close to Saket Metro Station, so getting around was easy. The property is peaceful and feels like a home away from home. It’s safe and quiet, and seems well suited to families. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, calm stay in Saket.

The way the staff spoke to guests was unacceptable. I expect respect, comfort, and courtesy when I pay to stay somewhere, not arrogance and careless service. Their behavior felt shockingly rude and completely unprofessional, as if they had no basic hospitality or customer service training. This is supposed to be a hotel, not a dharamshala. The treatment left a terrible impression, and I’d strongly advise others to think twice before booking.

We were really satisfied with our stay, even though I booked in a hurry without reading the earlier reviews. The deluxe (sweet) room had a comfortable bed, plenty of space, a spacious bathroom, and all the basic amenities. The place was peaceful, and the staff were helpful with our luggage and quick with room service. My one complaint: the society gate closes around 10pm, and after that the society guard tells you to use another gate.

It was quiet and peaceful, and the washroom, bedsheet, and other things were clean. The room itself was average and didn't look at all like the picture. We were charged 1600 rupees, which felt far too high for what we got.
