Oyo 19046 Hotel Airport Suites

The only good things were the wifi and the nice older man at reception. I paid Rs 1800 directly, and that price didn't feel reasonable for what we got. The floor was dirty, the bed smelled bad, the pillow cover wasn't proper, there were no toiletries, and the heater didn't work. The hostel I stayed in the night before was better and cost just Rs 500. OYO hotels usually treat their colleagues well. Oh, why? This place really needs a lot of improvement.

I had an exam the next day and couldn't sleep properly because of the discomfort. The room shown on OYO was nothing like the one I got: it smelled, the sheets and blankets were so filthy you'd vomit, bugs were crawling around, and the shower head was broken. The mug and buckets were dirty, there was no hot water despite the claim, and they later gave me a hot rod. The inside door lock was broken and the looking mirror was hanging on one side. The owner kept some of my change, saying it covered a water bottle that was supposed to be complimentary. I paid 1179 for a room worse than what you can get for 300, and the manager also didn't return 21 rupees in change. The photos on the OYO website are clean and nice, but the actual rooms are dirty and filthy, not even 1/10th as good. This was the worst hotel I've ever visited. I couldn't complain, so I'm writing a bad review here. Please don't book this hotel. JAGO GRAHAK JAGO.

We loved the location, with so many of the places we like nearby. From arrival on, everything was wonderful. He remembered our names and looked after us, check-in was easy, and we got into the room early. It was very clean and peaceful, with everything stocked, and room service was easy to order. The hotel was amazing, and we'd definitely go back.

I was glad to be on the floor and could hear the rooftop bar's bass until 3am. That really isn't acceptable. The room itself was very nice, with a comfortable bed and a balcony and bathroom that were nice touches.
