OYO Flagship 573 Paharganj NDLS

The staff boys were very good, but the hotel itself was a letdown. The room and bed were small, there was no cleaning and no fresh towel, and the shower didn't work. The AC wasn't cool enough either. Food was priced like a five-star place, which felt too high. I wouldn't go here, 0/10.

The toilet was in bad shape, and I wouldn't stay here with family. The location is only average, though the OYO room is near New Delhi Railway Station, about a 10-15 minute walk away. The receptionist and other staff were cooperative and good-natured. Food quality was average too.

The neighborhood was dirty, but there was no disturbance during our stay. Nobody knocked on our door, and the staff were polite. My friend and I enjoyed being there, and at checkout we paid the bill and booked a cab to Rajiv Chowk metro station. The room was small compared with the OYO pictures, though there was enough space for us. At first glance it was just OK. One thing that bothered me was the door lock: the wooden corners looked scratched, as if someone had forced the door while it was locked. The AC, bathroom, TV, telephone, and bed were all fine. Food took about 20 minutes. They said only paneer dishes were available right away and other items would take longer. What we got tasted good, but cost nearly twice the market rate. Check-in was simple, just our documents and a couple of signatures. It was a pretty good, satisfying stay.

The staff were very polite and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was really nice. Food ordered separately was a bit costly. The rooms are a suitable size for two people, with a spacious corridor and staircase.
