The front desk attendant was polite and tried to help, but he couldn't access the services we needed. Our advance booking had limited availability, and we were assigned an 'executive' room that was apparently an upgrade but had no amenities. The next day we moved to a standard room, which was better serviced. The rooms were clean, but amenities hadn't been provided, and there was no hot water on demand or drinking water. The restaurant was essentially nonexistent. Since it was attached to a bar, food apparently was served only while the bar was open. The location doesn't feel ideal for a family visit, as the hotel seems to be a 'bar' hotel, something the ads hadn't made clear.

There was no hot water for bathing, and although I complained, the problem was never fixed. They didn't provide drinking water in the AC room either. The restaurant food was below average, and not being allowed to bring in outside food was very inconvenient. Rates are lower than at other hotels, but the service and basic facilities are poor too. It was a very disappointing stay and I wouldn't recommend it.

My stay was great, and the hotel is in a good location. I wouldn't let negative reviews put you off, it's definitely worth the money. Recommended.

Such poor service. They don't even leave water bottles in the rooms. Sad to see a hotel that used to be good in this condition.

One of the best hotels near Kollam city. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities made me feel right at home. The staff behaved politely, and there was a nice fragrance too. It was a wonderful experience with excellent service. Highly recommended.
