The staff were polite and cleaned the AC filter when I raised the issue, but the AC still didn't work properly. The washroom also wasn't clean, and I had to ask for that to be fixed. Dust all over the fan blades was another annoyance. These things should have been taken care of before the room was handed over, especially for the price charged. I booked a deluxe AC room online and the listed check-in was 11 am, but I waited an hour because the actual check-in time was 12. Please address these issues before taking bookings, as customers have expectations for what they pay.

It was a terrible experience. This place is worth Rs.1000/- at most, and feels like a local lodge. The shower didn't work, the tap water was black, and the toilet was very unhygienic. There wasn't even a floor mat outside the washroom, and I couldn't bring myself to shower in that water. There's no tea or restaurant, so getting tea means walking 500 mtrs. After 8.30 there was no one at reception, and you couldn't even get a glass of water.

We stayed for one night, from May 13 to May 14th. The rooms were tiny and the toilet felt unhygienic, so after checking in around 5 PM, we decided to find somewhere else. We had booked for a day through make my trip. The checkout time was 12 PM, so we packed up in the morning, went out, and planned to return then. At about 10:45, the receptionist called and told me to check out at 11. I explained that checkout was at 12 and said we'd come back then. Heavy rain left us sheltering near the hotel, 4kms away, and when it kept pouring, I called to explain we'd return once it eased. The receptionist said, "It's none of our business. Our check out time is 12PM" and hung up. I contacted make my trip customer care and asked them to request the same thing. The receptionist didn't answer their call, so the customer care executive asked me to add him to a conference call. He repeated the same response and said there were guests waiting to check in. We got soaked, took an auto, and went back. There wasn't anyone else at the hotel. That same receptionist had also made a comment about my aadhar card when I checked in. I don't know why he cared about it. Management should learn how to treat customers. The rooms, toilet, and customer service were all among the worst I've encountered, and I wouldn't recommend this place even if the stay were free.
