The worst part was finding cockroaches and ants around the bed and elsewhere in the room. The bed wasn’t clean, and both the pillow and bed smelled strange. There was a broken table, a broken toilet seat, no toiletries, and we even had to ask for towels. The toilet had no bin, and the door couldn’t be locked from inside, so someone with a key card could get in from outside. Nothing was maintained well for the price. When we called about headphones we’d left behind, they accused us of breaking the table, so we had to point out that it was already broken. The hotel was horribly unclean. I won’t recommend it to anyone and will never book here again.

The host was nice, but the service was below average. For the price, I hadn’t expected much. There was noise through the night, the beds were itchy and didn’t seem to have been washed well, and behind the bed was a lot of dust that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The door had no inside lock, so anyone with a duplicate key could enter at any time. There was a chain on the back, but it had been deliberately removed. I’d never book this place again.

The decor in the room was good and it was well-maintained, though the staff service was only average. The hotel sits inside a residential area rather than on the main road, which could be a little hard to find for a first-time visitor.

The location was worse than I expected. Other guests in the rooms also said they weren’t getting hot water. Breakfast was part of the price, but there was no complimentary breakfast option.

The side table and toilet seat were broken. They showed me one room, but when it was time to book, they asked me to switch rooms. The same thing happened to me.
