After staying there for a month, I found the manager's manner very rude. My train was at 17:00 on the last day, and I had paid the bill at 11:00. I told them I was sitting on the sofa and would leave once they let me know the room had been booked. When I left at 17:00, the manager said I owed a full extra day's charge because I hadn't handed in the key.

There's plenty of room in the room, but the service needs to improve.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean, but the floor was dusty. There was no elevator, and the TV didn't work. The water heater was out too, though that didn't bother me much on a sunny day. Calling this a 3-star hotel sets a standard it doesn't currently meet. They should upgrade the place or lower the price.

No complaints so far. The room has been cleaned every day, and drinking water was refilled on time. They also gave us a fresh, new mosquito repellent. The manager bought a new iron and provided it to us. Staff and other personnel have behaved well, and I haven't seen any cockroaches.

It's easy to get around from this central city location. The luxury suites are offered at affordable prices, and the service is top notch. The staff are generous and courteous. I'd recommend it if you're after a luxury room at a good price.
