They went into our room to put in an extra bed while we were out, and our money was stolen. We lost 5k. Worst hotel.

Breakfast had very few options, and the food was overpriced. The AC wasn’t working, and the TV only had free channels.

No hot water, and water sits in the bathrooms. The staff were extremely unfriendly and outright rude. This is the worst lodge I’ve stayed in. I wish I could give it a negative rating.

Visitors aren’t allowed, and there are extra charges for two people as well. The staff weren’t supportive. Worst experience.

The rooms felt suffocating, and both the service and staff were extremely bad.
