I paid in advance through the OYO app and had a very bad experience. The rooms were dirty and there was no customer service. This hotel is actually called Aishwarya Lodge, not Aishwarya Luxry rooms. I feel OYO is misleading its customers and the app is cheating them.
The rooms were dirty, and when someone got stuck in the lift, the staff took no responsibility and behaved rudely. The security guard was rude too, and the receptionist tried to get away when I took a photo. There's no responsible staff here. Take my word for it and stay somewhere else, there are much better places.
This felt like a devil's room: dusty and filthy, with an uncomfortable bed, dirty bedspread and torn pillows. There was no TV, phone, WiFi, soap or toothpaste. The towel was unhygienic, and there was no hospitality at all.
The place was awful, with dirty rooms and terrible service. They didn't even provide basic things like soap or towels.
A poor stay at a terrible hotel. Avoid this place.
