OYO 18544 Amm Residency

Getting around was easy from Amm residency Double Road. Lalbagh shanthinagar, and the staff made check-in and check-out smooth with their polite, helpful service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything in good shape throughout my stay. It was a pleasant, hassle-free stay in Bangalore, with good service, comfort, and value for money. I'd happily recommend Amm residency and choose it again next time 😍😊

I fell and injured my right knee, and when I asked for cotton and Dettol they said, “This is a hotel, not a hospital.” Staff were rude every time I asked for something. When I wanted water, they scolded me and told me to go downstairs and get either a 1 litre or 2 litre bottle myself. They also tried to intimidate me into booking directly at a higher price because OYO rooms are cheaper. The room's TV couldn't be watched from the bed because the bed was in the corner. When I complained to OYO customer care, they asked for pictures and connected me to the property manager. He denied it was even a room from his hotel. Hahahaha… If they hate OYO so much, why are they registered there? To intimidate people? And why doesn't OYO block hotels like this from its app?

The receptionist was rude and had no manners or respect. They initially denied check-in even though I'd paid the full amount through OYO, and the bedsheets hadn't been changed. The AC didn't work. When I questioned the receptionist's character, he blamed it on being underpaid staff. Doesn't the owner pay enough? The whole stay was the worst experience ever.

We ended up canceling and searching for another hotel with our luggage after the owner refused to honor our OYO reservation and rudely demanded extra payment. He said he owned the place and made all the decisions. I could have paid more, but that kind of treatment wasn't acceptable. The OYO agent who helped us find a hotel near our preferred location had been polite and helpful. This disrupted my experience, and I asked OYO to end its membership if the owner doesn't respect its brand and bookings. He agreed with that idea.
