The bed and linen were comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner were good, which helped make up for the room issues. There was a decent swimming pool and a good lawn for a morning or evening walk or jog. Still, I can't call it good value unless you book at a good rate and take meals too. The room and bathroom weren't well maintained. The bathroom fittings, floor, and furnishings showed age, with clearly visible burn marks on the floor and furniture. My room was missing its hanger rod and hanger, and the hotel's free Wi-Fi login didn't work, even though Wi-Fi is a basic courtesy.

For one day at Ramada by Wyndham Bangalore, it was a satisfactory short stay, though average overall. The clean pool was relaxing, the small playground kept the kids busy for a while, and the gym had enough equipment for a quick workout. Rooms were comfortable and reasonably clean but nothing special. Staff were polite and service was good. Breakfast was okay, with limited variety. Seems suitable for families or business trips.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with several live stations making fresh dishes to order. The team were friendly, kind, and remarkably attentive, more care than we usually get at other hotels. Thanks to everyone, especially barsha, who made our stay comfortable. We enjoyed every bit of it. The grand building is unique and regal, decorated beautifully throughout with a royal feel.

Our anniversary stay with family at Ramada by Wyndham Bengaluru Yelahanka from 01-03 May 2026 was very disappointing. I had emailed our requirements in advance, and the hotel acknowledged them, but the arrangements weren't done. The first room was clearly below the category we had booked. Staff argued and tried to justify it instead of handling the problem professionally. We got the correct room only after repeated escalation and arguments. I raised concerns by email afterward and still haven't had a proper response from management. The food was extremely poor: lunch and dinner choices were very limited, and dishes seemed old and badly prepared. Front desk coordination, hospitality, and customer handling were disappointing throughout. The prices are like a 5-star property, but the ambience, upkeep, and service didn't come close to a decent 2-star experience. I wouldn't recommend it for family stays, celebrations, or anyone expecting quality hospitality.

Housekeeping kept the room spotless and well maintained every day. We also enjoyed the delicious food, with a wide choice and a fresh, well-organized breakfast buffet. The comfortable rooms, friendly staff, smooth check-in, and attention to detail made for a very pleasant stay. The ambience and service exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.
