Gobindgarh Jaisalmer

The check-in was a mess: staff sent me to a room that was already occupied and didn't know someone was in it. A parcel of documents I had delivered was misplaced by hotel staff. When I asked to speak with the manager about the poor service, nobody cared to talk to me. My MMT booking included complimentary drinks, food, and a food voucher worth 1,500 rupees, but none of those were provided. They said only a gala dinner was available and refused my requests for the promised complimentary services. Service was also poor around the airport drop: I paid Rs. 3,000, but no cab was available in the morning, so I had to book one myself. They don't have a travel desk and rely on individuals to make bookings for you. I think that's their side business. The handling of these additional services made this hotel very horrible.

The wedding on the property made the place feel chaotic, with constant noise and no privacy. Guests looking to unwind should be told ahead of time when a large event is planned. Service was slow and unprofessional, and the staff came across as inattentive and unwelcoming. Given the premium rates, the stay fell well short of what I expected and wasn't worth the price. Very disappointing, I wouldn't recommend Hotel Gobindgarh, Jaisalmer.

We only came for dinner, but Raish khan's voice and songs have stayed with me. We really enjoyed listening to him. Thank you 🙏🏻, we appreciated it so much and highly recommend him.

Manisha, Subrat, Prince and Rahul were especially courteous and soft spoken. I really appreciate their service. The restaurant is clean, and the service is efficient.
