I had a terrible experience at Flagship Golden Home Stay. A receptionist told us the owner was Nitin Sharma, and then refused our booking. He said the owner had told them to ask customers for extra money, cancel online bookings, and rebook offline at a higher price. There was no refund policy either. 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬 My advice to the public: don’t book through OYO or other booking apps, and don’t go there. It’s a waste of time and money. 👎👎👎
The room was filthy and the AC was broken, with no cooling at all. The reception staff were rude and offered no help. They demanded extra money, and OYO didn’t help either. I ended up taking the room at the price they named. I’m writing this at 2:40 am because I haven’t been able to sleep. Never go here, it was very bad.
I walked around the location for half an hour after arriving, but this place doesn’t seem to exist. I called several times and got no use from OYO customer care either. MMT eventually refunded me.
I couldn’t find the hotel location. Please don’t waste your time or money on transport trying to get there.
The OYO registration didn’t work here, and they asked for extra money. There weren’t any good staff either. A very bad experience.
