Royal Emirates Banjara by OYO Rooms

The location near Punjagutta Metro Station made getting around Hyderabad very easy, and there are plenty of eateries, grocery shops, and transport options nearby. I recently stayed at OYO 29928 Sai Manikanta Residency and found the rooms spacious enough for one person or a couple, clean, and well kept. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were regularly cleaned and hygienic. Staff were polite, responsive, and ready to help, while check-in and checkout were smooth. The property felt safe too. Prices seemed fair for the area and amenities: ₹1500 for a Non-AC room and ₹1700 for an AC room. For a budget stay in Punjagutta, I found it reliable and would recommend it to anyone staying in this part of Hyderabad.

I paid ₹1350, but the room wasn’t worth that price. The reception gave me a room with a broken tap, a bathroom exhaust fan that didn’t work, and a bad smell in the bathroom. There was also a long hair on the bedsheet, which made me uncomfortable. Check the bathroom, bedsheet, exhaust fan, and charging points before taking a room.

I had a very bad experience with the receptionist, Mr.ABHISHEK. He was extremely rude to customers and said he was the owner. When I asked his name, he replied, “I won’t even tell you my name. Do whatever you want.” Someone called Abhishek is the manager, but he doesn’t know how to speak to customers. The service was the worst.

The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the room wasn’t worth the money. It smelled bad, was unhygienic, and had cockroaches everywhere. I don’t recommend it.
