The food quality was very poor, and rooms are too small for the high tariff. They don't provide basic things like a Dental Kit, Shaving Kit or Sleepers. I wouldn't recommend staying here, though the decision is yours.

The location worked well for me, near Bhagwan Talkies and Into Sanjay Place. Service was good, the rooms and washrooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities were adequate. The main hygiene issue was the unclean linen and dirty pillows. Renovation was also going on near my room, 306.

The hotel isn't worth the price. There's no lift to the 3rd floor, and the hot water line was off so no hot water came from the tap. The bathrooms are so small you can barely stand under the shower. Breakfast is supposed to start at 8 am, but it still wasn't ready at 8.20 am.

The service was poor across the board, and workers argued about everything. Breakfast doesn't start before 8:30 a.m, which is very late. The bathrooms had a stinking smell, and after the two small water bottles they don't give any more complimentary bottles. They charge Rs 50 per bottle.

There were lots of cockroaches in the room, and I had no warm water for a shower. This was one of the worst stays I've ever had. I've shared pictures and videos. Look for another place to stay in Agra. Highly not recommended.
