I was in Agra for an exam and had booked a room with an all-meal plan. My exam was in the morning shift, so I couldn't eat breakfast at the usual time. I asked the staff and receptionist to pack breakfast for collection at 12:00 PM, or to give me a packed lunch instead. I even said I could adjust the meal or pay the price difference, but they refused completely. I've stayed in hotels in many cities, and the staff here were entirely uncooperative.

There can be a bit of traffic around the area, but the hotel is near major monuments and the valet parked my vehicle. The service was quite good, and breakfast was included with the booking as a morning option. The rooms were spacious, and I had an amazing stay. A great place in Agra and good value for money.

The food was really tasty, and the other staff members were good. The reception manager, though, was not cooperative at all during checkout.

The location is good, but the staff are extremely rough. You keep hearing them make noise in your room all day and night, and complaining changed nothing. I personally reported the nonfunctional geyser, staff behaviour and nonfunctional TV, but none of it was resolved. Service needs serious improvement.

The food felt home-cooked, and the service was excellent. Staff were very nice, and the stay was peaceful with no disturbance. Really recommend this place.
