At 1,000 rupees a night, this felt like money thrown away. Mosquitoes kept me up the whole night. Booking this hotel was one of the worst mistakes I've made, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Omega Hotel was a terrible stay in Agra. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the rooms were filthy with no upkeep. There was no drinking water or geyser for warm water. They also charged an extra ₹400-₹500, saying it was for "Service Tax" and "GST," but didn't give me a valid receipt. This is the worst hotel in Agra I've come across. I wouldn't advise staying here if you want cleanliness, comfort, or respectful service.

The manager was all smiles and kept urging me to book a room with all the facilities before I paid. After I paid, his attitude changed completely. There was no water, the washroom was in bad shape, and they charged extra for things like a towel, soap, shampoo, or bedsheet. They also wouldn't provide auto service after I argued with them. One of the worst hotels I've seen. I wouldn't recommend it, even in an emergency.

They said hot water was included in the room rate, but charged me 30 rupees per bucket when I was leaving. The place was very dirty, and there was no water in the morning. A very bad experience, with rude service.

They add service charges on top of what they charge for the room, and the food is very poor. The plates weren't even washed properly. A really bad hotel.
