The manager helped us from the beginning, arranging an early check-in, breakfast, and pick-up and drop-off. He also helped us sort out taxis for our days and bookings at hotels in other areas. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the service and hospitality. Had a great stay, highly recommend.

Really good hospitality, tasty food, and supportive staff. The easy pick-up and drop-off was handy too. A great hotel for family or friends.

Rooms were clean, service was good, and the staff were polite and helpful. I’d recommend staying here with family or friends.

The TV and dish remotes didn’t work, and the room didn’t have most of the amenities listed. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, no free water bottle or dental kit, and only three small soaps for toiletries. Wi-Fi worked near reception, but that wasn’t useful from the room, especially since SIM cards from other states don’t work well in Jammu. The towels seemed to have been used and just refolded, and the bedsheets looked as though they hadn’t been changed in a long time.

Room service was bad and the basics were missing. No hot water, body wash, kettle, tea or coffee, or water, and there was no proper room service or cleaning. Maybe okay for a bachelor just passing time, but I wouldn’t recommend it to families.
