The place used to be clean, at least through the end, but now there's no cleanliness at all. Nothing seems right, from the management to the staff. Everything feels useless.

The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms smelled, and water was dripping from the bathroom door. The service was pathetic, and the photos on the app looked nothing like the actual place. A disgusting stay, the worst I've had.

Everything else about the hotel was good, but they don't accept online bookings. When people arrive with an online booking, they aren't treated respectfully.
