The staff were cooperative and guided us well for the Vaishno Devi yatra. The hotel is in a great spot near the main market and starting point, and our room was neat and maintained. Food quality was nice as well. We had a really good stay in Katra, and I'd recommend it to families coming for darshan.

The service was awful. There was no heater or geyser, and they wouldn't agree to cancel the room.

The rooms look elegant, and the food was good.
