We had plenty of places to eat nearby, and the hotel's restaurant had the best food in the area. The staff were helpful and nice, and our freshly painted room felt clean. It's right by the south gate, so the location is excellent. The hotel and neighborhood felt safe, with lots of families staying there. We were a couple and spent long hours out without any trouble, and there's a police chowki just around the corner. The room had a geyser, which was useful in December, though I think not every room has one, so check before booking if you need it. The place itself is basic, and you get what you pay for: the toilet door hinge was broken and the cistern didn't work. Still, we had a nice stay and no other issues.

The owner was good to us, but the rooms and toilets were very dirty, and the geyser didn't work. The staff's behavior wasn't good either. The restaurant prices felt high for the poor quality of the food. I'd tell people not to stay here.

The Wi-Fi was bad, the service was awful, and the staff behaved very badly. There was no cleanliness and the blankets weren't clean. Worst hotel I've ever seen.
