The room was filthy, the linen hadn’t been changed, and they didn’t provide towels. Food was bad too, and the hotel is outside the main city. Management was stubborn and refused to change my room. I had an exam the next morning, so I didn’t want an argument and stayed anyway. The AC worked well, the rooms are newly built, and the staff boys were helpful, but management was rude.

It’s a good hotel, but the service and safety could be better. The environment could improve too, since it doesn’t feel very safe.
The hotel felt new and was very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and easy to deal with, and I had a pleasant stay. I think you'll like it.
I had paid for the booking in advance, but when I arrived they said the hotel was already booked. A really awful experience. I'm now trying to get a refund through OYO, but they aren't responding.
