The views from the room were lovely, and the staff were genuinely kind, polite, and helpful throughout. The room basics need work, though: there was no exhaust fan in the washroom, water kept logging, and there were very few charging sockets, most taken up by other equipment. For the nightly price, I also expected more than local brand toiletries. Food quality could improve too. A decent stay thanks to the people and views, but the amenities need significant upgrades.

The helpful, cooperative staff were always ready to lend a hand with a smile. Hotel Vardaan, Patnitop is also very conveniently placed right next to Skyview (Gondola), making it one of the best-located hotels in the area. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a stay in Vardaan Resort Patnitop.

The pool and spa were top-notch, and the rooms felt luxurious. We had delicious food and attentive, friendly service that made the stay special. It was a five-star experience, and I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and class.

We stayed in room 3004 for 15 days and had a great holiday. The view from the room was amazing, the food was finger lickin good, and the room was clean. General Manager Rajesh Thakur and his team were very helpful, and service was great. It’s a great location and one of the greatest resorts in patnitop. Would love to visit again and again.

The team’s exceptional service made my stay memorable. Everyone was welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived, and I felt right at home. My room was spotless and spacious, with the amenities thoughtfully provided. The hotel is close to major attractions while still peaceful enough for a relaxing break. Breakfast each morning had plenty of fresh, delicious choices, and the on-site facilities exceeded my expectations. I had a fantastic stay and look forward to returning soon.
