Even though I paid the full amount in advance, the owner refused to refund me and blamed the app. The online and app photos were misleading and caused a lot of inconvenience. The property itself was in deplorable shape, with tobacco stains on the walls, a broken washroom ceiling, and an unhygienic, unlivable room and bed.

I had to switch hotels the next day. The ground-floor room they moved me to had a pest-infested ceiling and smelled so bad I had to hold my breath to use the washroom. Before that, the first replacement room wouldn’t open, then wouldn’t lock. For a while they insisted I wasn’t locking it properly, before finally admitting it was broken. The original room didn’t have the TV, geyser, or AC I’d booked. They only reluctantly offered to change it, and the staff and service were horrible.

The food was unreasonably expensive, and we weren’t allowed to bring food from outside. For what it costs, it isn’t worth it, since you can find much better options for less. I stayed a day and didn’t have a good experience: the blanket was dirty and torn, the AC didn’t work well, and around five people, apparently hotel staff, were smoking in the room opposite ours. It made our stay suffocating.

I stayed here on December 24, 2023, and it was a horrible experience. The rooms were unclean and had no ventilation, and the washroom was very dirty. There were no towels or soap. Because it was past midnight, the owner charged me more than double the price I’d booked.
