Ahuja Residency Park Lane

Rashid was the person who made me feel looked after throughout my month at Ahuja residency Parklane. He was quietly warm, respectful, and ready to help with anything, and he set a caring tone for the whole place. Sagar, Himanshu, and the other associates were just as attentive. Ajay and Ajit took good care of us at breakfast and dinner, while Rawatji, Mr. Suresh, and Mr Ashok handled my dietary needs. Rahul kept my room spotless each day, and Mr. Girijay helped me out when my shoulder was sore. Everyone was a delight. The rooms and facilities are older than what you'd find at a five-star hotel, but the calm hospitality more than made up for it. I chose Ahuja residency because it was in a residential area and close to work, even though I had the option of a western five-star hotel. I'd gladly stay here again on my next visit. Thank you, Rashid and the whole team.

The main headache was the internet. Mobile service was weak on every SIM I tried, and the WiFi was even less dependable, with constant logins and an unstable connection that was frustrating to rely on. Otherwise, the rooms were decent and the service acceptable. The place was cleaner and better maintained than much of Delhi. Ajay and the chef put in serious hours, working from 6 AM until 1 AM.

The food was good, though what you enjoy will come down to personal taste. Rooms are spacious and the facilities are decent. Connectivity was a problem, with poor mobile signals and WiFi that kept making me log in again whenever I went out and came back. It was unreliable and irritating.

Krishna and Ajay were always ready to help, and the hospitality made this a pleasant stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable to unwind in. Chef Pratap's in-house restaurant had a good range of tasty dishes, and the food quality was good. A nice stay with good service.
