OYO Flagship 83265 Hotel R Square

I had to leave at midnight because the rooms were dirty, the beds weren’t clean, service was absent, and the staff treated me badly. In one room there was an empty beer bottle on the table, and the other had several condoms in an open bin. When I told the owner, he said my review didn’t matter and was fully drunk. I’d booked by phone after getting the details from Oyo because I was told my pet wouldn’t be allowed if I booked through Oyo. I’ve stayed in several Oyo hotels before, but this has left me scared to book hotels taken by Oyo and with no trust in OYO. Maybe the owner won’t care about this review, but I hope it helps people look into the place before booking. The rooms were too small as well.

I wish I’d checked the Google reviews before booking. The bad experiences and extra charges people described in the comments were all true for me too. Don’t book or go here. I can’t even give it one star.

There’s no room service, and we had to leave the car parked on the roadside. I don’t know how OYO agreed to lease this building.

The place was neat and clean, and I found the staff comfortable to deal with. A very good hotel for staying, and a nice place overall.
