The exterior makes the place inviting right away, and the villa looks attractive and well kept. It has a calm, premium feel, with a setup that seems suited to families or small groups wanting privacy and extra space. If the service, upkeep, and check-in support stay consistent, it looks like a very good option in Kozhikode.

Ajith and Jithu went above and beyond to meet our needs, and their hospitality made us feel welcome. The bedrooms were cozy and well maintained, and having a kitchen was handy for preparing meals and feeling at home. The striking architecture has thoughtful details throughout, with modern yet elegant cement plastering and lighting that adds to the ambiance. There’s also a Jacuzzi, a nice way to unwind while taking in the surroundings. Toya Toya in Calicut sits against a peaceful backwater setting, a quiet escape from city life. I found it an unforgettable stay, with luxurious accommodations, lovely views, and exceptional service. A romantic getaway or peaceful retreat, it’s sure to exceed expectations.

The one thing that could be improved is the caretaker service, for a better stay experience. We enjoyed ourselves fully, though. The location is absolutely fantastic, and the interiors are classy and tasteful. As interior designers, once we heard the design was by the famous architect Tony Joseph, the art pieces, spaces, and ambiance all felt relatable.

Toya Toya was a pleasant stay, with clean, cozy, comfortable rooms. The location is great, with a serene view and plenty of privacy. Kayaking added a real thrill.
