The receptionist was very rude and asked for more money on top of the amount we'd agreed on. They wouldn't even provide sealed bottled water. The bedsheet was stained, and they refused to change the dirty pillow cover or blankets. I was exhausted and had no other options nearby, so I had to stay. For a hundred more, you can get a better hotel close by. Worst experience.

The rooms and hotel are nice, and the location has a few things nearby. Getting there was difficult when I visited because construction was underway on the access roads. Cars couldn't get in or out, so keep that in mind if you plan to park nearby.

I'd been here five or six times before and thought it was good, but on my last visit staff came into my room repeatedly without knocking or ringing the bell. I didn't feel safe. There were some very cheap people there.

There are balconies, but they face another wall. The rooms aren't maintained, and the washrooms are in poor condition. There's no food available, and service is very slow, if you get any at all. Shabby at best.

The staff were very supportive and polite, and the service was awesome. I love the orange and the orange family. Anyone who comes here will feel their money hasn't gone to waste, that's my challenge. The hotel is really great.
