The rooms are large, with a double bed and a bathroom of their own, and the place is in a complex with a gym and other facilities. The on-site caretaker was amazing and very helpful, even offering delicious home-cooked meals for INR 350. The one thing that could be better is the caretaker’s understanding of English. Still, I’d much rather stay here than in a hotel, and I’d absolutely book again. 👍
That simple but tasty breakfast was the cherry on top. Cinnamon Stays felt like home, even with family and friends around and the chaos that comes with that. The staff were brilliant in every way, courteous and polite, and they paid attention to every need. It’s run by the unhotel group headed by Shilpi, and the coordination was great during my 3 day stay. Shilpi was a brilliant host and helped make it memorable. Keep it up, guys.
The rooms and washroom were good quality, and breakfast was awesome, homely food. Manish and Shilpi have been running the place for the last 7 years, and they really give each guest attention. They make sure there’s a human touch in Gurgaon’s concrete, Internet-savvy life. Definitely a must-stay place.
It’s a good service apartment with good food and service. The bungalow society is pleasant for walking and dining, and it’s a closed gated community. There’s a mall nearby for shopping, plus a medical shop and bakery close by.
The gated society made it feel secure, and the ambience was very nice. A comfortable stay overall, with really nice, caring caretakers.
