Mr. Kapil's humble, polite manner made the stay comfortable and stress-free. I had a wonderful experience here, with excellent rooms and top-notch hospitality.

After I was finally assigned a room, things went badly. There were no towels, and it took two requests and about 45 minutes to get one. I also found a large centipede on one of the beds, as shown in the picture attached. None of the bathroom taps had water, though thankfully the overhead shower worked. At checkout, I raised the centipede and they denied it until I showed the photo. Even then, they tried to brush it aside. I wasn't complaining just to complain, I wanted them to prevent another guest having the same problem and to fix the water issue. The caretaker also seemed focused on getting money from guests. He said there were two water bottles in the room but only one was complimentary and I had to pay for the other. I asked him to take it away. I noticed the receptionist (Bhim/Bahadur) asking every guest at checkout for a higher rating on the booking platform, so I wonder if some positive reviews are biased. The service and staff behavior were terrible, and they seemed more interested in making quick money than looking after guests. I saw the receptionist (Bhim/Bahadur) offer someone else early check-in for ₹600, while he asked me almost three times that amount and tried to upsell me an upgrade. It all seemed arbitrary. Poor service, unhelpful staff, questionable practices, and misleading ratings. Be careful, I'd strongly recommend avoiding this place.

We stayed for 7 days and had an amazing experience. The staff were really, really nice, and Sathish at reception was just a call away whenever we needed anything. The rooms are couple friendly and the bathrooms were clean. Having a fridge and microwave was a big plus. The location is good, with nearby stores for anything you need. The hotel food was quite good too, I'd give it 4/5. For me, this is the best stay in Gurgaon.

I stumbled on this property by accident, and it turned out much better than many average places, and in my view better than typical OYO stays. I needed a room for one night, and it was comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, tasty and excellent value. I'd strongly recommend it to travelers who want a clean, reliable place at a reasonable price. The chain has a lot of potential and should expand to more locations.
