Flamingo Hotel Sector 67

I was really disappointed with the hotel management. The property accepted my Booking.com reservation, yet it’s apparently only for Indians, with no foreigners allowed. I contacted them several times about arranging the advance payment they’d asked for, and they never told me about this restriction, leaving me to waste a lot of time trying to pay. I hope other foreigners see this and don’t go through the same thing when booking. It’s disgraceful.

I can’t recommend this hotel. Check-in was especially unpleasant: the receptionist demanded advance payment and made sarcastic comments, saying I could find plenty of other hotels with rooms if I wanted. The staff’s behavior and service were extremely disappointing. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

This used to be the best place to book a room a year ago. The management has changed since then, and now they’re rude. The rooms are dirty, there are cockroaches everywhere, the Wi-Fi is awful, and the staff aren’t helpful.

A decent budget hotel for an overnight stay. It has all the facilities you need, plus a morning cup of tea.
