Finding the hotel at first was a little difficult because there wasn't a proper signboard. Once I got there, though, it was a great stay and definitely worth the price. The staff were helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and all the electronics worked properly. Breakfast was good and, on request, they even sent it early. I also liked being able to bring in outside food without strict restrictions.
Staying here was a nightmare. The staff were highly untrained and unprofessional, and didn't know how to interact with guests. My room was average, and its water heater wasn't working. The manager suggested I use the washroom in a room that had just been vacated. When I said I wouldn't use a dirty washroom, he offered to bring hot water in a bucket. I'd strongly discourage people from staying at this property, even if it's their last option.
The service was slow, and neither the food nor the breakfast was good.
The property itself was clean, which was the one good thing. The location is very remote and the roads are in extremely bad shape. I was charged for breakfast, but it wasn't available until 8:30 a.m. I could never get through to the Fab hotel support number when I needed help.
My room had voltage fluctuations, so the AC didn't work properly. Even after I asked several times, the staff wouldn't turn on the generator. At night, they also switched off the elevator. I called FabHotel customer care, but they said they couldn't help because I'd booked offline. It was a very poor experience.
