The food was very good, after taking the good and bad points into account. The location is near DLF cyber city Gurgaon, though you can find it by going on the road. I'd give the place 3.7 stars overall.

I checked in at 10:30, and there were rooms available, but Hotel Staayz Premium still charged me 500/- extra. My understanding of OYO policy is that early check-in between 10 and 12 has no fee when a room is available. It felt like they were pocketing the money at OYO's expense. This was my worst experience with OYO.

Everything about this property felt bad. The rooms and linen were very dirty, and they charged an extra 1000. The manager was rude and abused both staff and guests. The service and the way people speak to you are awful. Even 1 star feels too generous; I'd give it -000.01 if I could.
