The room was dirty, the bathroom was filthy, the toilet was clogged, and there was no power at the wall socket. There was also a strange smell throughout. I booked three nights but left after the first one. The staff didn’t seem able to understand what I was saying, and the location was inconvenient, with no nearby market even for a bottle of water. You need a cab or auto to get anywhere. I booked through AGODA and checked the reviews and ratings beforehand, including the five-star ones. The hotel didn’t match what past reviewers had written, so I wouldn’t rely on those reviews. First choice should change its name to dont choice ever. I give FIRST CHOICE GUEST HOUSE a big zero to negative.

The rooms are spacious, and the location is great. I had a wonderful stay, with friendly, helpful staff and professional, good service throughout. The morning tea was tasty and refreshing. It’s my favorite place to stay in Gurgaon, and I’d gladly return again.

For 1500rs, this wasn’t worth it. The blankets smelled bad, and the water came in an old, used-looking bottle. The tables were broken, which I could overlook, but they were dirty too. The hygiene was poor. Pay a little more and book a decent hotel nearby.

The location was pleasant, the WiFi worked well enough, and service was prompt. The room was clean and decent for 1000 INR. There’s no kitchen, though, so you’ll need to order food from outside. For a budget hotel, everything else was just right.
