The hotel itself was comfortable and well kept. My room was spacious, tidy, and had the necessary amenities, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The recommended cab service was a different story. The driver arrived late without letting us know, argued, wasted our time and energy, and tried to make us leave two hours before the agreed time, citing traffic. They pushed us to visit places we didn't want to go and refused to take us to some places we did want to see. Avoid that service, it felt like a big scam. Even with that frustration, I'd still recommend the hotel for its hospitality and comfortable rooms. I hope they improve their transport partners' reliability.

We’re checking out after three nights, and we’d happily return to Gem Suites. The room was spacious, with a fridge, kettle, fresh air, hot water, and a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a fabulous set menu, and Ravi and the team made us feel very welcome. The area is peaceful and felt safe, away from the busy city, though we still walked around every day. Bagh restaurant is just 100m away, with a couple of other places to eat nearby too. This stay really added to our time in Jaipur. Thanks again.

We arrived late and only stayed one night, but the staff were polite, helpful, and ready to sort out whatever I needed. The room was huge and very clean, with a lovely bathroom and a separate shower room. I was travelling with a driver and car, so I can't really say how the location is for getting around on foot. I got a very restful night's sleep. Thanks, guys.

Our train was delayed by fog, and we didn't arrive until 2:00 am, but Manager Mr. Ravi still arranged a pickup. He's very soft-spoken and cooperative. The residential area was peaceful and clean, and the family stay at Gems suite felt like being at home. Good value for money, and I'd call it a must-stay hotel.

The back street is quiet with hardly any noise, and the location is close to everything. Our room was cleaned beautifully, and all the amenities we needed were there. The staff were cheerful, polite, and happy to help with requests. I can't wait to come back soon 🙏🏽
