There's a rooftop restaurant and bar, and the food was superb and tasty. Room service was quick, and the staff were polite and good. The hotel is near Amer Road. The rooms are good but not well maintained, and the toilets aren't well maintained either. One room had a wall-mounted fan for air.
The staff were really nice, but we were quoted Rs 800 per night on the phone. The owner was rude, raised it to Rs1000/night, and charged us extra. The rooms weren't good either, with dim lighting, patchy walls, and unclean toilets. We were unhappy with the owner's behavior and decided to switch hotels the next morning. Pathetic experience👎👎
The staff were good and cooperative. I stayed here in March, and the rooms were okay. The property seems very old and could use improvements to its cleanliness and ambience. I'd recommend skipping the breakfast option, since it isn't worth paying for. Thanks.
I found a client's covid report in the room. When I picked up the pillow, there was lots of hair underneath it, and I had to ask them to change the bedsheet right away. The washrooms weren't clean either. This was the most uncomfortable, unhygienic hotel I've come across, and I would never recommend it. I suspect the Google ratings were made by their own people, or maybe management has changed. My experience was so bad I'd give the hotel a negative rating.
We booked three rooms for four nights and had already paid half the amount upfront. After one day, the manager came and demanded extra money for all three rooms, saying we'd booked at a cheap price and now had to pay more. Since we were with family and couldn't just go elsewhere, we paid the extra charge to stay. I'd never recommend this place.
