The breakfast was tasty Indian food, and the place itself was nice. I wouldn't have asked for more on that front. But there were lots of stains on the blankets, which is unacceptable for the price, especially when the brochure was boasting about how stain-free they were. Also, a noisy pipe blew stinky, polluted air into the room all night.

This was the worst place I've stayed. It's a 20-room property on the eighth floor of a commercial building, and the rooms are tiny and plain, more like a den. I felt anxious and uncomfortable there. Ask for something and you'll get a lot of excuses, even for small basics like a dental or shaving kit, which they don't have. Breakfast felt like a rip-off: only three items, unhygienic, and it was hard to find a seat. Please don't book this hotel.

Customer service was outstanding during our Jaipur trip, and breakfast was included and delicious. The hotel 360 and a bar on the top floor have an outstanding view of Jaipur city. The room had no windows, which I really disliked. Even so, we had a good stay.

We had a horrible stay after booking through OYO. Staff used a master key to enter a room without permission, even while the guest inside was shouting that they were there. They later said they hadn't known the room was booked. The management was poor and the staff hopeless. Book at your own risk if you want a frightening experience.
