Collection O 321 Mansarovar

I stayed here in January. It was clean and hygienic, and a good place to stay, but it’s too far from the city. The internet was terrible, on top of the poor mobile network inside the hotel. They had staff, but they need to learn a lot about service. There were no greetings at check-in and nobody smiled. Over my eight days there, I saw one person smile.

The staff were polite and courteous, and I had a comfortable, great stay. The interiors and decor are like those at other Townhouses. This Townhouse 321 is smaller, though, with relatively small rooms and a tiny reception. I think the rooms are Super Saver (x), not classic (2x) as listed. Some advertised facilities, such as a mini-freezer and hairdryer, were missing.

They let me book online as a foreigner, then refused to let me stay when I arrived. They kept my money and said there’d be no refund within 24 hours. I spent an hour on the phone trying to sort it out and still haven’t received compensation. They wouldn’t let me see the rooms, but the lobby was dirty and the front desk was very rude, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

There are no restaurants nearby, and the hotel is in a secluded area. For the price, the service is poor. Restaurant food is expensive, and the complimentary breakfast repeats just two options. There are no TV channels or Wi-Fi. Cleaning is only adequate, sanitization is nonexistent, and I think there’s a real chance of contamination. Towels and bedsheets weren’t changed even during a one-week stay. This hotel costs too much for what it offers.
