For my week-long stay, I was very happy with the service. The staff spoke well and took care of our needs right away. Breakfast and room service food were both very good, and Ms. Kaveri was a great help. We're very satisfied.
The working table is a big plus, and I also like the bed and pillows, luggage space, decent bathroom, and toiletries that are always provided. The room is comfortable, with elegant lighting and a nice view from the window. Check-in is quick, and reception responds promptly online. Pooja is attentive at breakfast and always ready to help, and there's a good range of tasty food. The rooms are clean and modern. Biswanath in housekeeping is especially helpful with fresh towels and keeping everything tidy.
