Olive has been consistent, and that’s one thing they’ve got right. The rooms are nicely designed, with clean spaces, hot water, and a good bed. Staff were polite and helped with my luggage, and getting to and from the airprot was easy. For the price and quality, it’s a great hotel.

I had a comfortable, pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and well kept, the hospitality was warm, and the service was excellent. Getting around was easy thanks to the convenient location and connections to key areas.

We stayed one night and had a really bad experience. At 11 PM there was nobody at reception, and check-in and checkout both involved long delays because a virtual assistant connects over Zoom to chat with guests. I found that system useless. The room was newly built, but the sheets had dirt marks and visible holes, and nobody seemed to care about changing them. The towels smelled bad, and the AC remote didn’t work. The staff didn’t smile and gave odd expressions when we asked questions. I don’t know if we were given a bad room, but I won’t choose this hotel again. I believed the good reviews and felt scammed after visiting. They need to improve the management and service.

Anusha was especially kind and supportive throughout our stay, and we really appreciated her help. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were polite and helpful. We had a great experience and I’d recommend it.
