I especially liked the convenient, modern virtual receptionist, and the common area on the fourth floor was thoughtfully designed, a nice place to relax over coffee. The price was reasonable for the quality. I spent seven days at Olive Zip Koramangala (100 Ft Road) by Embassy Group. My standard room was spacious, clean throughout, and well maintained. The staff were polite and helpful, making the stay comfortable and smooth. A pleasant stay, and I'd definitely recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and great value for money. Some rooms smell a lot, though, and the rooms are a bit old.

The virtual check-in was hassle-free, and they gave me an early check-in when I requested it. The rooms were clean. A few small things were missing, like a hair dryer and dental kit, but for the price it was good value. I wouldn't mind coming back.

The rooms are roomy, clean, and good value, which is why I would have rated them five stars on their own. The service let the stay down. The guard and housekeeping team need better training in how they deal with guests, and the QR code for housekeeping never worked for me. Orders didn’t arrive, so I had to go to reception each time to remind them. That’s why I’m giving three stars.
