The reception was quick, which I appreciated, but there wasn't really anywhere to talk or walk around. The room was so small that two people barely fit, with just a bed and a little walking space. The TV subscription wasn't always active, the water bottles weren't sealed, and the complimentary breakfast was among the worst I've had at a hotel.

The room was neat and clean, and the location and the ₹600 per day price were positives for me. Breakfast was the real problem. On the first day I got idli with no chutney, and the next day it was two cold pooris with sabzi. Staff served the same food to everyone at once, and water was left out in used bottles. For that price I can't complain too much, but they should at least say that breakfast is limited to those items.

I checked in at 7:30 in the evening and paid ₹1,165, more than I usually do. The bed was too short, so my feet stuck out and I couldn't sleep properly. The door was so tight that locking it was uncomfortable, and the room phone didn't work. Breakfast was two tiny pooris with cold sambar, not enough to eat. The staff were rude and said they wouldn't care what feedback I gave, then didn't answer properly. I expected Oyo rooms to have the best room service in South India, but this hotel was horrible.

I booked for three days after being told breakfast would be at 8:00 AM. When I called in the morning, they said 8:30 instead. They wouldn't admit the mistake even after I showed them the SMS with the original time. The geyser was strange too. I had to turn it on at night to get hot water in the morning, and sometimes I still had to bathe in cold water. I wasn't satisfied with the service during my stay.
