OYO 10821 Sree Balaji Residency

The bathroom had only hot water, even in the flush, and the bedding was old and horrible. Imagine using the health faucet 😂. They seem greedy for money and don't care about giving decent service. When we raised issues, they showed little responsibility for fixing them. I wish their families would stay in one of these rooms for a couple of days and see what guests deal with. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

What's the point of booking through OYO if the price in the app is so different from what they charge when you arrive? The difference is huge. They don't even ask for your ID, just say they can't give you the room at the listed price. I want an answer. The lodgings all seem to do the same thing, so why use OYO to book?

The staff were supportive and easy to approach, but the rooms weren't clean, with cockroaches and mosquitoes around. If you book through an app, they also charge extra on top of what you've already paid.

The blanket was more like a bedsheet, and the room didn't feel worth the money. A local lodge would probably be more hygienic than this place. We had only 3-4 hours to rest and found it listed online for around 600 to 700 for a day's stay, but at the hotel they rejected the online booking and wanted 1200 for 6am to 11am. Would you feel good taking 1200 for this room for four hours, owner? If you're with family, I wouldn't recommend it. For a bachelor who just needs a night's sleep, maybe, though there are better hotels in this price range.
