The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the whole stay was disappointing. The room and bed were dirty, the washroom was unhygienic, the flush didn't work right, and the water pressure was very low. Even in an emergency, I'd look for somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bathroom was in terrible condition, and they didn't clean the room. They charge 1200 for a non-AC room. I suggest avoiding lodges and hotels in the Harangul area and staying on the Latur side instead. Wherever you book, check what amenities they actually provide.

The bathroom had Guthka stains, no water in the flush, and no soap. Outside the doors, used plates had been left for a day or two and smelled bad. We asked them to clean the room or move us, but nobody listened. There's also an attached Bar that they very cleverly don't mention. On top of that, booking for 9pm to 9pm became a 12pm to 11am booking, and they wouldn't reschedule it. They charged me 300Rs extra when I arrived after I booked through Oyo or the number on Google. A very bad experience, and a waste of money and time.

The hotel was filthy, with neglected rooms and a bathroom that smelled and clearly hadn't been cleaned before check-in. The staff were arrogant, rude, and no help at all. It felt like they thought serving guests was a favor. What a waste of money. Stay somewhere else.

The room was very bad, and the AC wasn't working. Don't come here just to save 200 $. A really bad experience.
