The first impression was just okay, but our second stay was unbearable. The room was unclean, the fridge smelled awful, and the washroom had dead honey bees in it along with a horrible smell. Service was very bad. We called again and again for room cleaning, but staff made excuses and never came. I also saw them making children aged 12 to 15 work for them, which is child labour. This hotel isn’t good at all, and nobody should stay here.

They only clean once every two days, and even then the bed linen isn’t changed. We’ve asked staff to clean the room, including more than once, but they ignore us and don’t come back. The service is terrible. I’ll never stay here again.

I was shocked and traumatized the second time I came here. I had already posted a review, but it isn’t showing on Google. This is not a place for good families. The rooms are extremely dirty, and they keep underage staff working, which is child labour. It seems like a place for unmarried couples. They take your money and don’t refund it if you change places. The standard is below minus. Please don’t come here by mistake.

The bathrooms were in such poor condition that we couldn’t use them with our family and small children. There was no water or reliable hot water, no tissues or sanitary supplies, and the water wasn’t clean. Dead flies and dirt came from the tap, and the bucket and mug were in terrible condition. The floors and restrooms hadn’t been cleaned. I suspect the main tank wasn’t cleaned either. There was no room service or food, and the lifts weren’t working. The property is very old, though it looks good. We booked through Agoda after Oyo staff told us the rooms were very good, so seeing the bathrooms was a real disappointment. Management should check these things so families can have a better stay. The hotel is called Seven in Olives, not Townhouse.
