I stayed for five days in January 2026 and felt safe at the Inn. The management’s ethics are a big reason I’d choose it again, and the staff were polite and helpful. Rooms and corridors were reasonably clean and maintained. The area is congested, and being near Hosur highway meant a lot of night noise. Connectivity is poor apart from autos, taxis, and public buses. The building is a little old, and the toilets are small, though manageable.

There’s no proper parking, and the staff and manager were careless and uncooperative when I needed help. The service was poor and the whole experience frustrating. The manager was especially rude and arrogant, and spoke to customers in an unprofessional, disrespectful way. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you expect basic hospitality.

There are plenty of shops around, so it’s easy to find what you need. The hotel is opposite Nimhans and in a great location. They can arrange lunch and dinner, and there’s a rooftop gas setup for self-cooking for an extra charge. I had a good experience.

My parents had a great stay at Sapphire inn. The location worked well, with shops nearby and a mart very close. Their rooms were clean, and we had no trouble with water or electricity. The staff were polite and always willing to help. Thanks to Sapphire inn for the empathy and strong work ethic.
