Acasa Suites ITPL Whitefield

The room is small but thoughtfully laid out, with nice daylight and a balcony that makes it feel more open. It was clean and functional, including the kitchenette, and the stay felt cozy and comfortable. The TV was a bit slow and the water pressure was low, though those could be improved. Still, it’s a good pick for a simple, hassle-free visit.

I needed a simple place for one night on a business trip, and this worked well. The compact room was neat, with good Wi-Fi and AC that worked properly. The manager and staff were pleasant, and I appreciated their warm service. It’s close to the main road and a reasonable distance from the tech parks near Whitefield. There’s plenty of parking, though the approach road is so narrow that only one car can get through, which is inconvenient but not a major concern.

We stayed at Acasa Suites and had a very good experience. The room was well maintained, and having kitchen vessels and other items there was really useful. Thanks for the service!

Nitish Pandey handled my complaint well after I got home. He talked through what happened, refunded the 1200 charge, and I had the quilt cover dry-cleaned for 60 rupees and couriered it back. I appreciated how professionally he dealt with it. At checkout, though, other staff charged me for food stains on the cover, and the way they treated me felt unprofessional. I stayed two days with my family in December 2025. The room worked well for two adults and two kids, and it and the bathrooms were clean. I’d suggest the property for families if they improve staff behavior and hire more experienced people who know how to handle guests. Guest satisfaction brings repeat business and is the best advertisement. They should treat people professionally and have more staff like Nitish Pandey.
