Tranquil Woods By Jade

The calm, green setting made this a lovely place for a family break. We stayed at Tranquil Woods and found it well cared for, with tasty food and staff who kept checking that we were comfortable. We had a great time and would happily come back.

The outdoor pool picked up a little dirt from the trees, though it was regularly looked after and understandable in that setting. The rest of our stay at Tranquil Woods by Jade was very well managed. We had a BBQ and main course that were both excellent, and the team, especially Span and Vika, responded quickly without needing reminders. Our group used the attached villa's two bedrooms and four additional curated rooms, all clean and thoughtfully designed. The property can host 400-600 people and has a lively feel in the evenings. Cleanliness and attention to detail were consistent, and it matched the standard I've found at other Jade properties. I'd recommend it for a group stay or celebration.

We were 15, and the team made sure everything was ready, from decorations to a movie night, BBQ, and bonfire. Ahmed from jade handled the booking, while caretaker sappan and his team took care of the arrangements and were quick to help. The villa was clean, the AC indoors worked well, and nobody in our group had a complaint. There’s a clean pool, lawns with small walking trails, a glasshouse with a large living area and two suites, plus another villa with four bedrooms. Lovely place, and I'd recommend it.

Everything else was just right for our group of 15, and the location was beautiful. I only wish there were more flexibility with the food menu.
